WHEN INSTALING A NEW TURBOCHARGER:
FOR LONG AND FAILURE-FREE RUN OF TURBOCHARGER FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS:

WHEN INSTALING A NEW TURBOCHARGER:
- Before activating a turbocharger remove the fault to carry out the repair or replace the old turbocompresssor as a last resort.
- control pressure in oil engine system
- refill engine oil
- change air cleaner and oil strainer
- check the sealing of connecting cords in suction collector
- use seal made of klingielit or asbestos only in order to seal ducts
- Before activating an engine with a new turbocharger fill an oil chamber of turbocharger with engine oil to provide bearings of turbine with lubrication
- remove oil sump, clean oil pump system, inlet ducts and intercooler up, check the sealing of intercooler system
- exchange ducts of turbocharger –both inlet and outlet-with new ones
FOR LONG AND FAILURE-FREE RUN OF TURBOCHARGER FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS:
PAY ATTENTION TO:
- keeping equal pressure in lubrication system of the engine
- changing engine oil, air cleaner and oil strainer regularly (every 10 000 km when using synthetic or semisynthetic oil)
- ensuring the sealing in air- suction system of collector
- do not increase rotational speed of engine before the whole lubrication system is oiled (wait several minutes until the oil reaches turbine bearing)
- giving the engine over when working at full capacity is not recommended
- little pressure in lubrication system
- foreign matter in supercharging chamber
- polluted oil and oil strainer
- first turbine activation without oil in chamber
